This syrup is the darkest grade that most maple farmers will produce in any given year. It has a stronger maple flavor which makes it perfect for adding to your favorite marinade or baked goods recipe. That said, many people (kids especially) do prefer it as their everyday syrup for all uses. Try some bottles of different grades so you can compare the distinct flavors!
