Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions pertain to wholesale accounts with The Vermont Maple Farmers Collective (‘Maple Farmers’). They are effective as of May 31, 2025 and are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Maple Farmers.

Products

The Vermont Maple TreeTM (‘Maple Trees’) is the only product available for wholesale. The Maple Trees are sold in cases of twelve (12) and are available in all four grades as well as a mixed case:

  • Golden Color & Delicate Flavor
  • Amber Color & Rich Flavor
  • Dark Color & Robust Flavor
  • Very Dark Color & Strong Flavor
  • Mixed Cases of All Grades - each mixed case will be filled with three (3) bottles of each of the four grades; depending on availability, grade substitutions are at the discretion of Maple Farmers.

Sales Terms

Wholesale orders are limited to whole cases of Maple Trees, and cannot be mixed with other retail products. Orders are only accepted from U.S. locations. Maple Farmers reserves the right to refuse any orders.

Minimum Order Quantity ('MOQ') is one case of twelve (12) Maple Trees.

Pricing

The following pricing is in US dollars and is based on full cases of twelve (12). Pricing is subject to change without notice. The MOQ is one (1) case of twelve (12) Maple Trees. Ground shipping is included in the wholesale price. We do not ship outside of the US.

·       LOCAL PRICE (Northeast) - $13.00 each ($156 per case of 12) DELIVERED

This is our price for wholesale accounts located in the Northeast US.

·       NON-LOCAL PRICE - $13.50 each ($162 per case of 12) DELIVERED

This is our price for wholesale accounts located beyond the Northeast US.

Payment

We are currently only shipping orders paid with a credit card. All sales are final.

Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within one to two (1-2) business days from receipt of order. We use USPS ground, so delivery times are dependent on distance shipped, holidays, and other unforeseen issues with the USPS.

Inspection

Inspect all shipments for damage. Notify us within two (2) days of delivery if there are any issues or concerns. We will refund or replace any products damaged during shipping. Please take photos if there is any damage to help with the insurance claim.

The Maple Trees will have expiration dates on them that will be two to three years from the date when the syrup ships. Be sure to rotate your inventory.

Returns

All sales are final. But if there is an issue, we will do our best to make it right. If you have any quality concerns about the Maple Trees, please reach out to us.

Limitation of Liability

Maple Farmers is not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special (including lost profits), consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, delay or failure in delivery, or consumption of our products. When deemed required by law, Maple Farmers’ liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to Maple Farmers pursuant to this agreement in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to such lability.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any legal action or dispute shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Vermont.
